Bikram Yoga is a sequence of 26 postures(asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas), designed to systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, to each organ and fibre, restoring all systems to healthy working order. During this 90-minute practice, you will work every tendon, ligament, gland, joint, muscle, and internal organs. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well-being will automatically follow.
Conducted in a heated room (40°C), Bikram Yoga detoxifies the body through intense perspiration, while helping to safely rehabilitate any old injuries or misalignment's. The sequence is systematically designed to flush fresh oxygenated blood to every area of the body, cleansing and rejuvenating each and every cell from the inside out.
