Have no expectations. Bikram Yoga is an intense series. Everyone is different with different levels of fitness.

What you need to know about your first class:

All classes are suitable for beginners.

All classes are 90 minutes long.

No need to book for class just arrive 20 minutes before class to register.

Print and fill out the following registration form.

Wear light, breathable clothing (shorts for men, shorts & tank-top or sports bra for women).

Drink water. Hydrate before and after class.
-
Avoid eating 2-3 hours before class.

Bring a yoga mat + 2 large towels & water (also available at the studio for rent or purchase).
